Contacted Direct Point Heating & Cooling to update our ducted gas heater to a RCAC under the current VEU rebates. Sally supplied several quotes and was recommended a particular brand that would best suit our needs, budget and performance/durability expectations. Install was carried out by qualified tradesmen, Zac, Jack & Dean, in a neat and timely manner. The operation of the system was well explained and demonstrated to me upon completion. Having recently purchased a house with all gas features I made the decision to convert to electric heating and hot water to reduce my impact on the environment and save money as I move into retirement. I wanted to take advantage of the current government offers and applied to several companies. I did not even get a reply. I live in country Victoria ( Gippsland ). Direct Point Heating and Cooling replied in less than 24 hours and have maintained outstanding communication throughout the entire process. The office manager "Sally" replied to emails and messages after hours, weekends and public holidays. I was impressed by tradesmen that arrived punctually, were respectful and consulted me on every part of the process. I was assisted with paperwork, claiming Government rebates and reward vouchers from Mitsubishi Electric. My quality appliances are now installed and working perfectly in less than a month after initial contact. I was even offered the opportunity to utilise the electricians for other work needed in my home. A fan in my bed room and heater in my bathroom was also fitted. This company provides outstanding service, quality products and prompt communication. I recommend them highly giving them a 5 star review.

I had the Mitsubishi 5KW air conditioner fitted by Ryan and found him to be an excellent tradesman, everything was fitted to my satisfaction and I feel like direct point air conditioning is a real company, and not a fly by night mob.
